Hi
Today I wanted to use the program again after a while. It did not start. Tried to start as manager, tested compatibility options from windows. Then I tried to repair the program. No effect. Then tried to uninstall the program. This failed too and gave me a log, where I couldn´t find a clue. With the support page here, I tried to fix it. With the Microsoft tool I could uninstall EditVoicepack and freshly install it. Still, it does not start at all. Tried to exclude the folder editvoicepack from virusscan (Defender). No effect. In task manager I saw editvoicepack flash up for a short moment.
I use the actual updated version of Windows 10, Build 18362.329. Also the latest version of EditVoicepack is used 6.0.1.
Regards
Daniel
P.S.
Here´s the log when I try to uninstall the program

Unfortunately collecting installer log files is more problematic than it should be. The log file shown is – as you found out – not identifying what the problem is. When uninstalling the core functionality of EditVoicepack is also executing – to remove the files EditVoicepack modified. So most likely it was the same problem preventing EditVoicepack from starting and uninstalling.
I have a guide for collecting the installer log files here:
https://editvoicepack.com/support/collecting-installer-log-files/
If you collect the logs and mail them to support@editvoicepack.com, then I’ll have a look. Hopefully the log files are still there after the restore.
I would like to switch to a better installer technology, or improve the one I am using – but there are always other changes I can make to the core product that adds more value. So it will remain too complicated in the foreseable future. 🙁
Since I could fix it with a restore point before the last windows update, there´s no further need to check logs. I think now it will not be the answer anyway. I had to restore my system a further time, since after the windows update also some windows functions were broken. Now everything runs fine. They may have fixed the update meanwhile.

After REX Skyforce 3D didn´t start I returned to a restorepoint two days ago. Everything works now. But I don´t know what was the reason for this. So an interpretation of the log would be helpful. I couldn´t read something relevant out of it.
