I’ve noted the automated callouts in my FSX system when running do not match my inputs in the description box. For example, I input “Bahamasair” in the description box, but my automated callouts omits the aircraft callsign altogether.

I am not sure what you mean with the Description box? If you mean the text box in EditVoicepack, then it will indeed not be displayed in FSX. It is the text in the Phrase box that is displayed. For more details, please see the tutorial: Creating an ATC Modification
You can export a list of all EditVoicepack modifications as well as the default Flight Simulator recordings to a CSV file, and then use Excel or Google Sheets to filter it for the data you are interested in.
To export this list:
- Select “Switch to the advanced user interface” in the EditVoicepack main menu.
- On the menu at the top of the window select:
File/Generate CSV list…
