Hello,

Is it possible for Editvoicepack to edit voice packs (add callsigns, airport names, etc.) that come with third-party add-on ATC software such as VOX, PF3, Pro ATC, and so on for Prepar3D v5?

No – as far as I know all of these products use their own set of voice recordings or computer generated speech.
