Hello, I’ve been having issues when I run the program, it runs extremely slow/lags and then when loading new modifications the program stops responding. I believe I’ve done all the steps from the troubleshooting page, but I may have overlooked a step. Any assistance what the cause any be would be greatly appreciated. I’m running it on Windows 10 and version 6.3.1. Thanks in advance for your assistance!
This is unfortunately not a problem I have encountered before making it quite hard to say what the problem is.
I assume you do not have MSI Afterburner running as it is mentioned on the troubleshoot page (just making sure, it is a nasty case of software being too intrusive).
Installing the latest graphics card drivers might also help.
Please open the Windows task manager and go to the details screen – what CPU load do you see for the EditVoicepack process when it is not responding?
If you then go to the performance tab, what is the CPU load for the entire system?
Please also let me know how many logical CPU cores you have. You can see this in task manager as well – go to Performance and select CPU – then it is listed in the text below the graph.
