my original audios are in portuguese only audios available to edit so everything in english, you can change audios to edit to portuguese?
I am unfortunately not 100% clear on what you mean with “original audios” – is it the text displayed in the ATC window of FSX, or the actual spoken words.
The original FSX shipped with English recordings (what I would refer to as “audio”), but phrases translated to a few languages when displayed as the ATC text – I do not recall having seen Portuguese, but can’t rule it out.
Next to this, a Japanese version had a mix of the original US English recordings as well as voices speaking English with a Japanese accent.
For FSX Steam Edition and P3D I am only aware of the US English recording with English text.
I have seen a few translated sound packages with audio recorded in for example Spanish, but nothing official.
EditVoicepack will work with the original 10 US English voice recordings, no matter which language the text is in. It will not work with the Japanese version.
If working with a voicepack containing non-english text, EditVoicepack will unfortunately mix English text with the language the voicepack is in. The main problem for fixing this is translations. I do not speak any of the languages Microsoft translated the voicepacks to at a sufficient level to translate the text. And the license fee I get from EditVoicepack isn’t really sufficient to justify professional translations.
I tried putting in some functionality asking people to help with translations, but I do not want it to become nagging either – so I was not able to get more than one or two German translations that way.
