Can I use callsigns “R” (registration) instead of “F” (flight number ) ???

EditVoicepack does not influence when registration or flight numbers are used.
For your own aircraft, this is determined by the settings – if you assign an “Airline callsign” and “Flight number” in the details screen for your selected aircraft, then the flight number will be used instead of registration.
For AI aircraft it is determined for each flight in the BGL file containing the traffic.
